How to maintain your body after you have lost your weight? It sound very hard to keep in shape after we had lost the weight for a very hardwork. It is so bad when the body get back to the size before the weight fruloss.
Here are 7 simple ways to follow and you can get a wonderful result !
1. Vegetarian dietry -eat vegetables, fruits and grains.
2. Quit eating high-starch, high sugar type of foods, such as white rice and flour products.
3. Quit coffee, soft drink, beer and tea with milk.
4. Drink more plain water, fresh fruit juice, chinese tea etc healthy drink.
5. Practise "less portion of frequent meals". Do not eat too full. Eat a little when hungry.
6. Drink 2000ml to 3000ml of plain water everyday.
7.Persist to jog for an hour everyday for sweating and simultaneously build-up a strong willpower.
